DL2000-KFX
|
|
The DL2000-KFX when used in its standard DF1 mode is a direct replacement for Allen-Bradley's 1770-KF2. It provides an AC powered, freestanding DF1 serial interface for computers, modems, MMIs, and OEM based applications that require access to any node on AB's DH+ network. The DL2000-KFX was first introduced in 1994 and has proven itself as a first class industrial communication device in many different applications. Typical Applications include MMIs, local and remote (via modem) PLC programming, variable speed drives, and SCADA equipment connection to DH+. Bridging Mode allows two independent DH+ networks to be bridged using a pair of the DL2000's. This allows a busy DH+ network to split into two smaller, more efficient networks, while also allowing access to nodes on either independent network. |
